These mentors offer practical, hands-on support in leadership, artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and agile practices – delivering a truly transformative learning journey.

Georgia Salmond is a London-based artist whose sculptural practice explores the body, technology, and the ethics of artificial intelligence. She combines rigorous academic inquiry with a materially driven approach, incorporating silicone, resin, and animatronics into her work. Her recent projects examine the boundary between synthetic and organic gesture, including an animatronic silicone tongue that breathes rhythmically.
Georgia earned her degree from the Ruskin School of Art at the University of Oxford, where she developed a practice increasingly shaped by questions around AI's role in creative authorship. Inspired by artists such as Ivona Tau, she explores training models on personal creative archives while remaining critically engaged with ethical complexities of generative tools, particularly questions of copyright, consent, and appropriation in image-making.
Georgia has exhibited widely across London in solo, joint, and group shows, with 2025 marking a particularly active period in her exhibition history. Alongside her studio practice, she has developed strong leadership experience, leading peer critique sessions and providing one-on-one tutoring to prepare students for admission to top universities including Oxford. As director and creative lead at Gabble Publishing Limited, Georgia brings together her artistic vision with entrepreneurial initiative. With a background bridging academic research, artistic innovation, and community leadership, she brings a distinct voice to contemporary discussions around AI, art, and the ethics of creative intelligence.

Hector King is a fifth-year medical student at the University of Cambridge, on track to graduate as a fully qualified doctor in January 2027. He brings strong academic excellence and a growing passion for the integration of technology within medicine, particularly exploring how innovative tools can transform patient care and surgical outcomes.
Hector earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Medical Sciences from Cambridge in 2024, demonstrating consistent academic excellence with Academic Exhibitions for strong examination performance in both first and second year. In his third year, he pursued an intercalated degree in Biological Anthropology, specialising in medical genetics, primatology, and evolutionary psychiatry, achieving first-class honours and ranking third overall in his cohort. This experience broadened his understanding of the biological and social dimensions of medicine while providing a robust foundation in research methods and critical analysis.
Approaching the end of his clinical training, Hector has cultivated a deep interest in robotic surgery, researching its advantages over traditional laparoscopic techniques with a particular focus on hysterectomies. This work has sharpened his appreciation for precision, ergonomics, and potential patient benefits while sparking broader curiosity about digital health and surgical innovation. Alongside his academic commitments, Hector is a dedicated member of Sidney Sussex College Choir, having performed internationally across the United States, Italy, Spain, and Austria, including prestigious UK venues such as Westminster Abbey. He also serves as Treasurer of the Cambridge University Infectious Diseases Society, gaining valuable organisational oversight experience.

Maria Ouvarova is a dedicated cybersecurity analyst currently working as a Tech Cybersecurity Specialist at UBS, where she focuses primarily on cloud and container security, particularly leveraging Azure technologies. With a robust academic background and extensive technical training, Maria brings valuable expertise in protecting cloud infrastructure and ensuring secure container deployment.
Maria earned both her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biological Natural Sciences (2012-2015) and Master's degree in Computational Biology (2015-2016) from the University of Cambridge. Her undergraduate degree combined rigorous scientific training with entrepreneurial focus, majoring in Physiology and minoring in Entrepreneurship and Business. During her time at Cambridge, Maria was actively involved in the Dancesport Team, Athletics Club, and Musical Theatre Society. Her Master's research dissertation delved into the dynamical characterisation of a minimal enzyme's role in early evolution of metabolism, while lecture modules in Data Acquisition and Handling and Modelling and Analysis of Networks developed her strong skills in Python, MATLAB, and data visualisation.
Following her formal education, Maria completed a Python Coding Bootcamp with HyperionDev and Full Stack Java Training with Wiley Edge, equipping her with extensive practical skills in software development, object-oriented programming, databases, and network protocols. Her transition into cybersecurity was solidified through intensive training with mthree (now Wiley Edge) focused on cloud computing and cybersecurity. Maria has since earned her CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certification, reflecting advanced skills in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and threat detection.
