"Participating in the UniHawk Internship fair gave me a great opportunity to understand how the professional world works. Submitting your CV, preparing for interviews and securing an internship has taught me skills that are valuable for freshers into the field, which would benefit me in the long run. During my ongoing internship at PropertyPro, I am working as a Social Media Intern, where I am in charge of marketing and managing the company’s social media presence, at platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. I design reels and other creative materials for company events using tools like Canva and CapCut. This hands-on-experience has helped me improve my content creating skills and my creative aptitude. My role also involves creating engaging posts relating to real estate updates. I’m grateful to UniHawk for organizing the Internship fair and giving us high-school students a chance to open doors to the corporate field. Starting at an early age has given me a head start, allowing me to gain an edge from other students my age. This opportunity has allowed me to grow beyond the four walls of a classroom and apply my skills in a real-world setting."
