Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Program about?

This program features a curriculum designed by professors from Harvard Business School, Harvard Education School, and Harvard School of Law, and is delivered by Harvard students. It is designed to empower students, unleashing their leadership potential while they create actionable solutions for global challenges. Throughout the 4-day course, participants collaborate in teams to gain insights into global issues and formulate social change projects to tackle them.

Our team of instructors/mentors comprises current Harvard University undergraduates who are carefully trained before taking on their roles.

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate from The Leadership Institute of Harvard College and one year of mentorship from Harvard mentors.

On the concluding day, students present their team-based social change projects to an audience of about 200 people. This includes family members, school leaders, media representatives, and distinguished guests. The event is also broadcast live on Facebook and YouTube to reach a wider audience.

Participants will collaborate in groups to develop a project that addresses a pressing global issue – whether it’s related to mental health, animal welfare, or other causes. These projects aim to offer tangible, sustainable solutions to real-world problems.
