1. Registration and Enrollment: By registering for our live virtual classes, you agree to abide by all Learning Lab policies and procedures.
2. Payment: Payment for classes is due in full at the time of registration. We accept payments through our secure online payment system.
3. Attendance and Participation: It is your responsibility to attend classes punctually and participate actively in all sessions to derive maximum benefit.
4. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, and handouts, are the intellectual property of Learning Lab and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.
5. Code of Conduct: Respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students is expected at all times. Learning Lab reserves the right to dismiss any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate conduct without refund.
6. Technology Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that your technology (computer, internet connection, etc.) meets the minimum requirements for participating in virtual classes. Learning Lab is not responsible for technical difficulties on your end. 
7. Modification of Schedule: Learning Lab reserves the right to modify the schedule or content of classes as deemed necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance. 
8. Termination of Services: Learning Lab reserves the right to terminate your enrollment in classes for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other valid reason, with or without refund.
9. No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our live virtual classes and the resources committed upon enrollment, Learning Lab operates under a strict no refund policy. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: 

• Participant’s inability to attend classes for any reason.
• Dissatisfaction with the course content or teaching style.
• Technical difficulties experienced by the participant.
• Dismissal from classes due to violations of our code of conduct.
