What is the program about?

A transformative 4-day Business & Leadership Bootcamp developed by Harvard faculty and brought to life by current Harvard University students and alumni. This immersive experience empowers young learners to discover their leadership strengths, think critically, and collaborate on real-world social impact challenges. Through interactive workshops, case studies, and guided mentorship, participants learn to design innovative, actionable projects that make a difference in their communities.

Participants are mentored by a team of current Harvard students and distinguished alumni – individuals trained and passionate about nurturing global leadership. They guide students through every stage of the program, offering insights, feedback, and inspiration drawn from their Harvard experiences and real-world achievements.

Students earn an official certificate signed by Harvard Alumni, while developing leadership, communication, problem-solving, and social innovation skills.

Student teams present their social change projects. Every participant receives a Certificate of Participation – acknowledging their learning and leadership journey. The event concludes with a special surprise award celebrating exceptional creativity, collaboration, and impact.

Students form teams to tackle real-world social challenges in areas such as mental health, sustainability, and community welfare, creating practical, actionable solutions.
