Students begin with expert-led sessions - exploring the fundamentals of consulting, market strategy, and business analysis. They identify real-world business challenges, and learn to build structured approaches to solve them.
Analyze & Design
Teams work through interactive modules that focus on market entry, brand building, pricing, and mergers. Students apply Harvard’s analytical frameworks, design business models, and test their ideas in simulated consulting environments.
Present & Lead
On the final day, students pitch their business ideas and strategies to a panel of mentors. Through presentations, feedback, and collaboration, they build leadership confidence and graduate with valuable real-world experience.
